The PIXPage - KPIX BayCam

KPIX's #2 camera is located on top of our Battery Street studios, overlooking the San Francisco Bay,above the Embarcadero. We sometimes point it inward at the City for views of Coit Tower and the Transamerica Pyramid. During the afternoon, we point it at the Bay Bridge and zoom in close to see what the afternoon commute is looking like.

The PIXPage - KPIX CityCam

The City Cam is perched atop the Fairmont Hotel. Every few minutes an image is captured and transferred by microwave to our web server at KPIX.
